Cloud Integration Architect Opportunity
This is a chance for an experienced developer to move into technical leadership or for an existing lead to take on a new challenge. You will have ownership of our integration and application landscape, driving technical direction while solving complex cloud challenges.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem-solving and leadership, influencing architecture at scale while mentoring others and staying close to the code.
Design, develop, and optimize our integration platform and core applications.
Work hands-on with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Cosmos DB, and other cloud services.
Define and implement modern integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub/sub, request/response).
Dive into microservices and event-driven architectures to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Mentor engineers, set technical standards, and guide best practices.
Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform initiatives.
Troubleshoot and design solutions for complex integration challenges.
Key Requirements
Strong technical expertise in Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
Experience applying integration design patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, loose coupling, idempotency).
Hands-on background in microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
Proven ability to integrate legacy on-premises systems with cloud platforms.
Proficiency in modern development stacks (C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar).
Solid CI/CD, DevOps, and containerisation skills (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
