About the Role
Looking to be an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI but can't seem to find an open position near you? In Victoria, our Dandenong Region stretches from Wonthaggi to Lakes Entrance and everything in between. Our Derrimut Region stretches from Portland to Swan Hill to Wodonga
Responsibilities
Train and coach team members to develop future leaders
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory and minimise losses
Operate registers and merchandise our special buys
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operations
Manage the store in the Store Manager's absence to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and guide team members toward success.
Exceptional communication abilities that foster collaboration and inclusivity.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
