**About You**:

- You are a strong financial services regulatory lawyer with experience across the Corporations Act, ASIC Act, Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), Banking Code of Practice (BCOP) and credit facilities in relation to business lending
- You have the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
