**Handyperson/Maintenance Manager**

**The Role**
As a **Maintenance Manager, **you will perform all general maintenance duties on a key client site while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- General building repairs and trade assistance
- Safety-focused
- Estimating department expenditures for budget purposes and assisting with the capital budget process.
- Coordinating with local health, safety, fire, and building inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Performing preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
- Ensure tools and equipment are compliant and serviced regularly.
- Comply with all applicable codes and regulations related to building operations and work safety.
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs and emergency and preventive maintenance.
- Complete maintenance and repair records as required
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
- Responds quickly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Exceptional Customer Serviceability and strong communication skills
- A desire to learn and tech-savviness
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and requests
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
- A background in a Maintenance / Handyperson / Trade Assistant role is highly beneficial
- Positive/can-do attitude
