Waitstaff/Bartender

We are looking for a switched on and dynamic **Casual Waitstaff & Bartenders** to work at Hurricane's Grill & Bar at Surfers Paradise**.**
- **Responsibilities**_
- Greet and seat customers, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of service throughout.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
- **Skills and Experience**_
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/ bar.
- Available until February and ready to work throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, including all public holidays
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient time management aptitude.
- A deep passion for upholding top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.

**Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays ,weekends & Public Holidays.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
