- Strong heritage built on trust, integrity and stability.As a Trust Assoicate - Health and Personal Injury, your role is focused on working with clients and supporting the team to ensure clients receive an exceptional service whilst administering accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines.
Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:
- Monitor and manage the book of accounts and ensure awareness of compliance (e.g. overdrawn accounts, uninvested funds, Governing Document Reviews including court order, trust, wills, and all regular controls)
- Ensure accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, legislation and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis
- Support the team to review book of accounts to ensure the portfolio model and fee structures are appropriate and correct
- Actively seek input from Senior members of the team and specialists to resolve matters in a timely manner
- Investigate and report on risk and compliance issues including assisting with controlled self-assessment testing
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Minimum three years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with a trustee or financial services environment
- Experience or working knowledge of disability services environment and/or the health and personal injury sector e.g. insurance firm, legal firm
- Experience working in a client centric business environment
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and relationships
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail and ability manage multiple priorities
