**The Opportunity: Assistant Director**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Location**:Glasshouse Mountains
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- **Compensation**:Up to $40 per hour + super (10% wage retention payment coming soon)

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an assistant director
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**About Us**:Glasshouse Early Education Centre **islocated on the main road just 450m from the Glasshouse Mountains State School. Our Centre opened in October 2006 and caters for 151 children aged from birth to 5 years. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
