THE ROLE
As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining visual standards to ensure your department is always replenished.
Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance
Provide exceptional customer service and lead your team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
Collaborate with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure product availability on the shop floor
Uphold retail standards and ensure visual excellence of the store
Support management in profit protection processes
Assist with new team member inductions and ongoing training to support future store expansion
Encourage team performance through effective coaching
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry
Passion for creating an excellent service experience and culture for customers
Proven track record in exceeding KPIs and effective communication with stakeholders
Strong time management skills to prioritize daily tasks
