**Your New Role**:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As our **Mental Health Lead & Clinical Quality Partner**, you will support the design and implementation of new evidence-based models of virtual and community-based mental health care whilst supporting the evolution of our existing mental health services, including the Beyond Blue Support Service and MindStep.

The role is responsible for effectively identifying and implementing relevant clinical governance systems and processes to deliver safe and high-quality care and support, and to provide clinical input and advice to support operations, including supervision and training. This is a **full-time opportunity** and can be based within NSW, VIC or QLD where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model.

**About you**:

- Registered Division 1 Nurse or Allied Health professional with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated experience in the mental health sector along with experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, Quality improvement and Risk Management
- Relevant understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and/or National Quality and Safety Digital Mental Health Standards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure timely, effective, and targeted communications
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others
