In this job you will :
As a Leading Hand at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

Lead a team and ensure objectives are communicated and achieved daily
Ensure operational performance across all functions including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory
Support and drive inventory control and accuracy across the operation
Maintain good working relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly
Maintain stock integrity in the warehouse, adhering to DHL policies and procedures
Follow safe work practices and work instructions
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop the team
You have the following qualities & qualifications :
At least 2 years of operational experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL environment
Forklift License (High Reach, Counter Balance, Double Deep) preferred
Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership skills
WMS experience, including exposure to various functions
Understanding of inventory management and investigation processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
