**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency during busy shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Availability to work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
