Assistant Accounts Executive - Insurance Brokerage

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is growing at a substantial rate and is looking for Assistant Account Executives to join their team in the future. You will be mainly responsible for supporting the broking team in all underwriting and administrative tasks.

This role will suit someone with previous exposure to the insurance brokerage field and is looking to begin their career in insurance.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Complete and send invoices for new, renewed, and changed brokered insurance products for personal and commercial lines within set deadlines.
- Collect underwriting data from RAMs and Members/clients as needed.
- Handle and store premium funding agreements.
- Monitor payments of approved policies as required.
- Update reports on claims status.

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Adapts to fast-paced, high-volume work while ensuring accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Word.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- High commitment to customer service.
