We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic **Store Manager** to lead our **Longford** team

As a **Hill Street Store Manager** you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive and productive team environment.

- As a Store Manager you will have:_
- Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills, that nurture and drive team performance and engagement.
- The ability to monitor and analyse sales performance, manage stock levels and implement strategies to drive sales whilst reducing wastage and gap.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in training, developing and mentoring staff to ensure high standards and strong performance.
- The ability to address and resolving customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- An in-depth knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling and following WH&S and Food Safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing store budgets to meet financial targets and KPIs.
- Availability to work an agreed roster across our span of trading hours, including alternate weekends and some holidays, with flexibility as required.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay rates are determined by the _General Retail Industry Award_. The salary package for this role is up to $127,000 per annum + superannuation + bonus.
