Responsibilities
Delivering incredible and memorable table service that keeps guests coming back
Managing your section with confidence, precision, and genuine care
Showcasing your knowledge by recommending dishes, pairing wines, and creating unforgettable dining moments
Collaborating with the Head Sommelier and Kitchen team to ensure a smooth service flow
Upholding the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Promptly reporting health or safety hazards, incidents, faults, repairs, or cleaning needs
Qualifications
Good understanding of food & beverage culture
Dynamic and willing to take on new challenges
Ability to work in a high-volume, busy, fast-paced environment
At least 2 years of experience in a hatted-style restaurant
A desire to be part of a diverse, fun and friendly environment
Understanding of wine and wine styles, cocktails and premium spirits
Genuine passion for restaurants and hospitality
Excellent personal presentation and people skills
Strong communication skills
Confidence in managing a busy section
