About the Role:
You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying internal solutions using Java, working closely with leads, designers, and product managers to deliver features and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality internal solutions using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and services.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and advocate for engineering needs within the team.
Model initiatives and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes, and solutions.
Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration to work on new insights and improvements.
Requirements:
Commercial experience in a software development environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Extensive experience with Java, Distributed Systems, and Relational Databases.
Ability to write performant, reusable code, including appropriate testing.
Good writing and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with AWS.
Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation concepts.
Full-stack development experience.
