Working out of our purpose-built factory in Welshpool, Jason Windows is WA's premier manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors. Jason Windows employs over 300 employees at our state of the art factory in Welshpool as well as Bunbury to support the South West region.

**Position Background**
We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our Service & Installation team. This role has high levels of customer service required and is responsible for the servicing of our extensive aluminium windows and door product range. The role is autonomous where you will be out on the road and will perform anywhere from 6 to 12 service requests per day.

The successful applicant will initially buddy up with an experienced Service Technician and be provided with full on-the-job training to understand our product types and their servicing requirements. Once training is complete, you will be provided a service vehicle, mobile phone and their own metro area to service.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work with power tools
- Practical individual and mechanically minded.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous window fabrication, installation, service and/or glazing experience would be an advantage.
- Previous exposure to the building industry an advantage.
- Valid Drivers License (good record) and Police Clearance.
- Security license or ability to obtain one is required.
- White Card - training provided if necessary.
- Cert III in Glass and Glazing is highly desirable.
- Working at Heights - training provided if necessary.
- Must be physically fit with no limitations.
- Must have high Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate well in person and over the phone.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment tests - Drug and Alcohol and fitness for work.
