The Client Services team is committed to delivering a service that provides recognised and sustained value, provides service excellence and positions CCS as the partner of choice for our clients.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinate and manage client-requested jobs from initiation stage to completion to deliver outcomes for our customers
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high quality communication outcomes
- Delivering quality service to our clients, whilst successfully meeting agreed KPIs and performance metrics. This will be achieved through a full understanding of clients' business needs.
**What will you bring to the role?**
You are proactive and thrive in both individual and team environments. You will have:
- Proven Project Co-ordination or Project Management experience
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Experience in managing multi-faceted content delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and mentor team members
**Other key skills required include**:
- A positive attitude and clear communication style
- An ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- A desire and ability to learn about technical products, services, and systems
- The ability to manage changing priorities and be flexible in your work approach
- The ability to take accountability for assigned jobs and work both independently and collaboratively within the wider team
- Highly developed organisational skills, time management skills, with strong attention to detail
