Maltem Australia, in partnership with Engie, is seeking a Salesforce Vlocity CPQ/Omni Studio Developer for a contractor role to support a digital transformation program in the Energy sector, with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ and Omni Studio development.
About the Role
Maltem Australia, in partnership with Engie, is currently in search of a talented Salesforce Vlocity CPQ/Omni Studio Developer for a contractor role. This position will support a critical digital transformation program in the Energy sector, with a strong focus on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ and Omni Studio development.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimise solutions on the Salesforce platform, integrating with external systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery through CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce/Vlocity solutions.
Design and develop custom components using Apex, Flows, Triggers, LWC, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices).
Build and optimise CPQ solutions within Salesforce Industries (Energy & Utilities Cloud).
Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems (e.g., pricing engines).
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Azure DevOps.
Lead technical workshops and contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business needs and platform best practices.
Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, including CPQ and Vlocity/OmniStudio.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Strong Excel skills for data cleansing and uploads.
Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Developer I
Salesforce Developer II
Salesforce Industries/Vlocity CPQ Developer
Preferred Qualifications
Copado Fundamentals I & II or equivalent CI/CD certification.
Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud and greenfield implementations.
