**Job Title: Office Cleaner**

**Location**: 24 Hancock Way, Baringa 4551

**Department**: Facilities

**Reports To**: HR Manager

**Job Type**: Fixed hours: 16 hours per week

We have two floors in the Baringa office, the Bells Creek office, company cars and motorbikes, the company apartment, and a house that need to be cleaned.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize offices, studio room, restrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
- Doing the dishes.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windowsills.
- Cleaning the window once every 3rd time.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.

**Weekly/Periodic Tasks**:

- Wiping the fridge, vacuuming and spot cleaning stains.
- Clean windows, both inside and outside.
- Polish furniture and fixtures.
- Watering Plants.
- Cleaning the company cars & motorbikes.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches.

**Maintenance and Reporting**:

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the HR Manager.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used and stored properly.
- Follow established protocols for chemical use and disposal.

**Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Driver's License; Vehicle to travel.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Dexterity to handle cleaning equipment and supplies.

**Work Hours**:

- (2) full days per week 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Compensation**:

- Starting amount: $27 per hour
