We are a well-established chiropractic clinic in Rouse Hill with a diverse patient base and a commitment to maintaining on-going relationships with our patients.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced medical/allied health receptionist to cover 2 days a week on a PART TIME/CASUAL BASIS. Some flexibility to cover other weekdays and Saturday morning shifts may be requested occasionally with prior notice.

Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail along with the ability to work autonomously will be highly valued.

Chiropractic receptionist duties include:

- Greeting and checking in patients
- Booking appointments over the phone and in person using Cliniko
- Processing payments
- Processing HICAPS and Medicare claims
- Filing and general admin tasks
- Some house-keeping duties
- Must be eligible to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual/Part Time

Schedule:

- 2 days a week, MUST have availability to cover other weekdays and Saturday mornings as needed.

**Experience**:

- Must have Medical receptionist: 1 year

- Australia (preferred)
