Symmetry HR is recruiting for a Shift Machine Operator role based in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Operate pharmaceutical production machines such as tablet compressors, coating, capsulation, mixing, and gummy equipmentSet up, calibrate, and prepare machines for production runsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustmentsConduct quality control checks ensuring compliance with GMP standardsPerform routine maintenance including cleaning and part replacementMaintain accurate production and maintenance recordsAdhere to safety procedures and regulatory guidelines (TGA, FDA, GMP)Requirements:Certificate or diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 2 years experience in machine operation within pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturingKnowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory standardsStrong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage time effectivelyClean driving licence preferredIf you are committed to quality and safety and want to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, apply today through Symmetry HR.
