**Position Summary**

Joining our team as an Intermediate Consultant, provides you will the perfect environment to grow and develop your career.' ¯

Some of your day to day activities will be:

- Responsible for a group of outsourced client groups including review of monthly management accounts, overseeing day to day processing of transactions, fortnightly and monthly payrolls including executive salaries including salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Completing financial accounts, tax returns, business activity statements, instalment activity statements.
- Preparing and analysing standard management reports for clients (ie cash flow reports, budgets, etc).
- Completing workpapers to a quality standard as set by the Division.
- Providing feedback, guidance and support to junior team members which can involve acting as a buddy.
- Preparing budgets and bills for services rendered.

**Skills and Experience' ¯**

Key to your success in the role will be:

- At least two years' experience working in a Business Services environment in a Chartered / CPA accounting practice or in an industry based accounting role
- Degree qualified
- Exposure to the fundamentals of banking and bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing
- Exposure to working with an outsourced team is highly regarded along with exposure to payroll.
- Have the ability to work with junior members of staff by providing them with support and guidance and in some instances, act as a buddy.
- Have good time management skills and be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines for a large group of clients.
- Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will be consistently used in dealings with clients, partners and staff members.
