About The Role
Ready to take your warehouse leadership skills to the next level? Join our team at the Peak Downs Project as a
Warehouse Supervisor
and step into a permanent opportunity on a lifestyle-friendly 5/2/4/3 roster. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations, supporting maintenance and site activities through effective inventory control and materials handling. Working on a 5/2/4/3 Day shift only roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, your duties will include:
Manage, influence and empower the team to ensure the warehouse is appropriately stocked and resources are used efficiently.
Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations.
Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service to internal stakeholders.
Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse by coordinating deliveries with carriers and adhering to schedules and deadlines.
Maintain the stores efficiently and ensure the inventory is optimised, so that parts and equipment for mobile fleet and fixed plant are available to meet maintenance targets.
Manage stores inventory and coordination of periodic stock takes.

About You
Proven leadership and people management skills within a Warehouse Supervisor role
High Risk Forklift Licence is essential
Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
Prioritising and problem-solving are second nature
Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is vital
Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations
