**About the role**:
The Head of Data Analytics will lead the development, implementation and continuous growth of practical fit for purpose data models and business analytics to enable the monitoring of the business performance and drive data driven strategic decisions across organisation.

This role will lead a team who will partner effectively with the whole organisation to provide high quality insights and data driven information to inform strategies and plans that support Endeavour Foundations vision and strategy. The role will develop organisational capacity and capability in data and analytics, frameworks and governance with effective measurement and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Senior Leaders to identify reporting and analytics requirements and develop dashboards, reporting and visualisations through various mediums (Power BI, MS Excel, Sales Force) to help gain visibility into key metrics and actionable insights.
- Maintain oversight of all data and analytics frameworks, policy and process that involve the use of key information underpinning the organisation strategy and key objectives at enterprise level.
- As a member of the Senior Leadership team effectively collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure organisational success.
- Provide effective leadership and a clear sense of direction to the Data and Analytics team, demonstrating leadership competencies aligned to the leadership framework.
- Undertake Group strategic and operational reporting, monitor of KPI's and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Seek out and understand global best practice, benchmarking and consider the workings of the organisation within this context - identifying improvement through operations to achieve efficient and high-quality outcomes for the organisation.
- Develop models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality controls and standards to ensure quality standards and organisational requirements are met.
- Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that agreed KPIs are met.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Systems Analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experiencing leading an insights and analytics team or other relevant function.
- Extensive experience designing, building and deploying comprehensive data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics to fulfill information needs.
- Effective leadership capabilities with a flexible style able to coach, energise and guide a team.
- Ability to identify data and analytics requirements across all functions of the organisation
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet outcomes within required timeframes.
- Strategic thinker, with experience developing strategic and operational plans that drive success within complex environments
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to key stakeholders
- Strong collaborative orientation, with excellent relationship-building, communication and persuasion skills and a track record of earning and demonstrating trust.
