We are The Smash Room. Melbourne's newest and most exciting event, based in Keilor Park.

Due to massive growth, we are looking for a full-time driver to handle all collections of smashables.

Working hours are flexible which is based on the needs of our donation partners. You will need to be available and flexible during the week including weekends is required.

The role is ONLY applicable to people who have their own ute or van, are physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.

Your week will consist of planning visits to opp shops, restaurants and houses, for the collection of donations and materials in either wheely bins or plastic crates, then deliver them to the venue and unload them into the storage area so that the staff can access them easily.

Your responsibilities are to ensure that the venue does not run out of materials, so you will spend time to look for suppliers within a 10km radius of the venue and build relationships with the suppliers to ensure they work with us.

You will need to ensure that the material you collect is clean and suitable for use, so some rinsing of used wine bottles may be required for example when you reach the venue.

The salary package includes wage and all your travel and petrol reimbursement in one annual wage amount.
