Hagen's has been a long-term player in the meat industry, paving the way forward with their dedication and commitment for providing customers a healthier, more environmentally friendly way of eating and championing organic produce. Working closely with local farmers around Australia, our goal is to help create a sustainable industry which has respect for the land, animals and producers. With 5 stores and a warehouse across Melbourne plus an increasingly busy online store, Hagen's continues to build and plan for further growth and our team is a critical key to the success of the brand.

Our business would not exist without our wonderful customers and the amazing teams that serve them. Share in our passion for delivering quality to our customers, both in terms of the incredible product we offer as well as the service experience we've become known for.

Skills, qualities and experience we're looking for include:

- Friendly, warm approach and positive attitude
- Customer service experience in a food retailer (Meat experience is a bonus)
- Great communicator - speaks clearly, keeps everyone informed and adapts communication to suit different individuals
- A true team player - supports their team, gets things done and hates the "that's not my job" catchphrase as much as we do
- Super reliable and displays a high degree of integrity
- An interest in food/cooking coupled with a willingness to learn about our produce and how to prepare it
