**What we are looking for**
Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment, or busy casual venues

Great knowledge of food, beverages, and wine

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

Hold a valid RSA

Have full Australian working rights

Available to work nights and weekends
