We evangelize the value of Boomi to our customers and partners by publishing our thought leadership and presenting at customer forums

We are key members of regional extended leadership teams who prioritize and align resources and programs for growth and customer success

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the Value Consulting practice. We develop new processes to drive efficiency and consistency. We develop new offerings and/or tools to scale value selling across Boomi.

We are always investing in our team members to help them develop their skills, support mental & physical health and long term career growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of work experience with 3+ years as a people manager
- 4+ years of relevant experience within IT strategy consulting and/or value engineering/consulting/advisory
- Comfortable building credibility and relationships with client CIOs and business executives
- Complex deal structuring and proposals
- Define and run a program with multiple team members
- Drove the launch, go-to-market, enablement and "selling" of internal programs
- Conducted customer discovery sessions
- Presented findings and recommendations to customers
- Established a network of customer executives (IT and business)
- Directly managed people, including conducting evaluations, hiring, coaching, etc.
- Mentored others
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, diverse and autonomous environment
