In this role, you will work in our production and slicing areas, ensuring production targets and compliance processes are met.
A core focus is maintaining a strong health and safety culture, requiring adherence to safety procedures while performing various tasks in the production and slicing areas.Opportunities available:Multiple casual roles - availability required to work Monday to Friday, both day and night shifts.
These shifts are available until 2026.Responsibilities include:Operating machinery and equipment according to safe operating procedures.Executing start-up procedures, machine/equipment setups, operational processes, and cleaning correctly.Reporting and recording all Food Safety and Quality incidents within specified time frames.Completing Quality Assurance and Food Safety inductions and competency assessments.
Attending relevant training programs.Achieving targets for AERR and Waste.Participating actively and attending weekly and monthly departmental meetings.Qualifications and skills needed:Effective verbal and written communication skills.Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and health and safety standards.Quality awareness.Previous experience in the food industry or machine operation/process work is desirable.What we offer:Working across sites in the Australasian region with a driven team, you will use leading technologies to produce reputable brands.
