It is a 'hands-on' role and includes the following tasks:Loading, unloading, receiving, relocating, and storing products accurately;Following warehouse traffic management plans;Manually picking and packing orders when required;Complying with legislated and company WH&S systems;Inspecting and performing minor maintenance on machinery;Adhering to all company policies and legal guidelines;Liaising professionally and politely with stakeholders;Paying close attention to detail in information and data handling; andUndertaking additional duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCECurrent forklift ticket with a minimum of 3 years of operational experience;Side-loader experience is highly regarded;Strong knowledge of WH&S legislation;Experience loading trucks with products is highly regarded;Demonstrated attention to detail with effective communication skills;Collaborative interpersonal skills;Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners is desirable;Familiarity with timber warehouse operations is desirable; andReliability and professionalism evidenced through previous roles.EMPLOYEE BENEFITSBirthday Leave, compliments of Woodhouse;Company uniforms provided;Employee Assistance and Wellbeing program;Discounted Private Health Insurance;Discounted gym membership;Regular functions such as staff monthly lunches and year-end parties, compliments of Woodhouse;A supportive, friendly culture and environment; andOpportunities for training and career development.Woodhouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a strong commitment to safety.If you are seeking the next step in your career and wish to work for a company where you are genuinely appreciated and supported, apply now
