The role:
Reporting directly to the GM of Interflora Hampers this creative role will be an integral part of the team as we launch a new website and grow our business. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week with flexibility to increase if necessary. This role is hybrid with the expectation of some on-site hours worked.

Duties include:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to audience interactions and messages.
- Track, analyse, and report social media performance metrics to guide content strategy.
- Plan, create, and schedule regular newsletters.
- Reaching out to potential influencers and manage partnerships.
- Assist in generating ideas and concepts for promotional campaigns and brand storytelling.

About you:

- Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic design and/or video editing skills using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within a similar role - particularly with creating and editing social media content
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or similar field are highly regarded
- Ability to work within the management team and independently as required
