**About the role**

The Strategy Analyst reports to GrainCorp's Head of Strategy and works as part of a team in the analysis, development and delivery of strategy and strategic initiatives. Specifically, you will:

- Structure problems and define the plans of action to solve those problems
- Own and drive key relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Own critical strategy projects and topics, leading the end-to-end thinking and facilitate decision making
- Prepare presentations, plans and reports to support identification and development of core and growth opportunities
- Provide analytical and project management support for core and growth strategic projects as required
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and valuations.

**About your experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business/commerce, economics or similar
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and influencing ability at all levels
- Strong business case, reporting writing and presentation skills.
