About The Role:
As the leader of this team you empower, guide, coach, and develop your team so they grow, and we do too.
Manage, maintain and improve the Linux/Unix Systems & Applications services for AC3 and customer systems Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers Work on and lead your team on AC3 and customer related project activity as required Build, lead and manage a respected Linux Operations Specialists team that delivers value to our customers by focusing on service, efficiency and quality Keep your team happy and engaged so that they deliver customer business outcomes and achieve individual, team, and AC3 objectives Act as a team escalation point for high priority team or operational issues/incidents Develop and maintain career development plans for all team members
Skills & Experience:
individual performance and development objectives to team objectives, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner Creative, strategic and thoughtful "hands on" leader with a "can do" approach Culture
