Full Time Sales Advisor (The Strand, Melbourne)

As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of our brand.
You will provide high-level service at every turn, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor.
You'll process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.
Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.
With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire.
Together with your team, you'll create moments that matter.
Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have but not mandatory.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week.
You will be based in Melbourne, Australia.
