**About This Opportunity**

We're inviting expressions of interest from passionate, motivated individuals interested in joining our growing teams at Drakes Pumicestone, North Lakes, Samford, and McDowall. Whether you're new to retail or looking to advance your career, there's a place for you. We're recruiting for a range of store management and operations roles, including key leadership positions across Bakery, Fruit & Veg, and Service Deli departments.

**About you**:
As part of a dynamic, hands-on team in a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants should demonstrate:

- Fresh food retail experience (preferred, not essential)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit
- Accurate and efficient rostering skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent service skills
- Clear communication and the ability to work with team members and management
- Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coach, train, and manage team performance
