Head Of Training Governance

As the Head of Training Governance & Delivery you will be responsible for design and delivery of end-to-end learning programs across the Organisation. You will execute with excellence across the development and delivery of learning to build a competent, compliant and guest-centric organisation. The role will also lead all continual improvement offerings under The Star Academy and consider external partnerships to strengthen the offering.

You will provide management and leadership for the learning design and delivery team to consistently deliver on key priorities in a way that is scalable for growth and be responsible for ensuring suitability as it relates to learning design and delivery across The Star Entertainment Group.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design, implement and manage the learning road map in conjunction with relevant stakeholders for future growth and to ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide reports to the Chief People & Performance Officer to analyse organisational trends to uncover root cause issues requiring Learning interventions
- Provide coaching and facilitation support for senior leaders working with the Head of Capability & Culture
- Liaise with Star Academy Manager to incorporate leadership, compliance, guest excellence and technical learning into the development of programs
- Ensure learning content and curriculum is regularly reviewed to meet business and regulator requirements to support ongoing suitability of the organisation with a particular focus on Risk and Compliance matters (Financial Crime, Safer Gaming and Legal)

**To be successful in this role you will bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in organisational development / psychology / change or HR
- Minimum 9 years work experience in an organisational development / HR / related role
- Management of a geographically-diverse, role-diverse team
- Technical knowledge and practical ability to implement large-scale L&D interventions
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end L&D activities, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), program and resource development, program delivery/facilitation, coaching and audit/review of interventions to measure success
- Customer-service orientation
- Strong commercial acumen to manage budgets
- Consulting and project management capability
