**Your new role**

The Fund is currently looking for two Program Services Managers to work within the Enterprise and Investment Portfolios on an initial 12 Month Fixed.

You will be tasked with creating, managing and coordinating core project program management activities and artefacts across the portfolio, ranging from portfolio governance and reporting, financial reporting and analysis, risk, issue & dependency management, resource management, vendor management, planning and scheduling, and uplifting the capabilities of project managers/analysts within the portfolio.. Acting as a 2IC to the Portfolio Director, you will be supporting the ongoing optimisation and improvement in the Fund's project portfolio management capabilities, development of the portfolio including scoping and planning future projects, and supporting Project Managers in the adherence to the Strategic Delivery Framework.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

- Develop the governance materials in line with SDO standards and stakeholder needs.
- Drive project management discipline and embed the use of standard project portfolio management frameworks and use of tools across the portfolio.
- Portfolio Governance Materials and ability to communicate portfolio needs/outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up project team members and SMEs on outstanding actions and tasks.
- Motivate and inspire the team and suppliers by demonstrating commitment to the Fund's values, decision pillars and leadership principles.
- Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund, including quality uplift/coaching of project team members, where required.
- Support to ensure delivery to the portfolio's budget and schedule to facilitate delivery t of the Fund's business plan.
- Support the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund's Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.

**What you'll need**
- Extensive and diverse experience as a Project/Program Manager with working knowledge of portfolio management delivery framworks.
- Must have experience developing Steering Committee Reports, Dashboards and portfolio Papers for Executives, Management Teams and/or Program Directors.
- Experience within financial services, business or information technology project environments.
- Experience of working within and supporting a 'gated' project and portfolio governance framework.
- Demonstrated experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work concurrently across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Working knowledge of or ability to identify opportunities for the adoption and management of improved project portfolio processes and toolsets.
- Solid time management and organizational skills, adaptable, open to change with ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of technology, operations, superannuation administration and/or financial products
