**About The Team**
PAG offers a comprehensive suite of financial services, including business advisory and tax, wealth planning, novated leasing, payroll, salary packaging, and lending. **About The role**
We are seeking an experienced Lending Adviser to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert lending advice to clients, helping them navigate their financing options, and ensure a smooth process. Your passion for building relationships, collaborating with others, and delivering exceptional customer service will be key to your success. A strong "can-do" attitude, combined with the ability to overcome challenges and drive results, is essential to thriving in this role.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Checking loan and compliance documents
- Communicating and liaising with other internal divisions of the business to see how we can meet internal client residential, investment and commercial lending needs.
- Business development activities.
**Qualifications**
- Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent) and/or
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent)
**Experience Required**
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in mortgage advising/lending
- Current broker with MFAA or FBAA
- Exceptional client service, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High ethical and service standards
**Location**
You will be based in our modern office in Sydney CBD.
