We require talented and energetic staff to fulfil the following roles:

- **Experienced Waitperson/bar staff **_

- **Essential criteria required**:_
- Quick on your feet.
- Honest and reliable.
- Class leading banter and ability to relate with our loyal customer base.
- A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- Excellent hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Available during some weekdays and weekends.
- **Highly Important**:_
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks including customer service, coffee making and basic cleaning duties.
- Ability to multitask while remaining engaging with customers and staff.
- A willingness to learn from others and share with the team to support continual personal growth.
- Genuine passion for customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- POS system operation.
- Customer service of the highest level.

Initial employment will be offered on casual basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities offered with natural progression. Above award wages offered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.38 - $40.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
