The College has experienced considerable growth in student numbers and improvement in student learning results in recent years.
During 2025, work will commence on a new 18-classroom building to help accommodate the growth in student numbers from 420 to 600 students over the next 5 years.The College Principal and Board are committed to ACC Singleton being a school that prioritises excellent teaching that is continually improving, positive culture, and authentic relationships.About the roleWe are seeking applications from qualified primary teachers who are enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to Christian schooling.
Successful candidates will join a highly competent and supportive primary teaching team.This full-time position will commence in January 2026.RequirementsAbout YouAbility to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.Capacity to receive feedback and implement changes in teaching practice.Supportive of an explicit instruction approach based on a knowledge-rich curriculum.Ability to plan effectively, collect and analyse educational data, and devise strategies to improve student outcomes.Demonstrated excellent teaching aligned with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.Active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications, and NESA accreditation (or eligibility).
