As a
**Training**
**Partner** at our
**Mandurah** site, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating accredited and non-accredited employment related internal and external training to ensure high-quality outcomes for WISE staff, participants, and external stakeholders that are responsive to and consistent with their needs. The role will be performed in a way that adheres to WISE organisational standards, relevant legislation, and all funding body

requirements.

**The role**:

- Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate employment-related training to participants participating in WISE employment programs by teaching skills and techniques to increase personal growth and to successfully obtain and maintain employment and access vocational opportunities.
- Assist with WISE promotional and other marketing activities as required
- Support and foster the organisation's culture, mission, and vision at all times and comply with WISE policies and procedures
- Be an effective member of the WISE team, working co-operatively within the team structure and providing backup assistance and support to team members as required.
- Compliance/Contract Management
- Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training for external stakeholders
- Assist in writing tenders and submissions and in the coordination and implementation of WISE and Government training programs
- Consult and liaise with industry contacts including employers, government, and other training organisations to develop and expand business opportunities for WISE's Enhanced Services division and WISE as a whole.

**About you**:

- At least 3-5 years' experience in developing, implementing, managing, and delivering workplace training and assessment in the employment services (or related) area
- Have demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity, and compassion
- The ability to establish key relationships with external organisations to support, develop and promote appropriate training programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of assessing training needs and opportunities for job seekers.
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice skillset
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate training participants from diverse backgrounds
- High-level knowledge of a range of vocational training packages
- Proven experience in achieving desired learning outcomes
- Proven individual and group training skills and experience
- Proven experience in preparing, delivering, and evaluating vocational training
- Experience delivering training and assessment via online platforms eg Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong administrative, organisational, time management, and presentation skills

- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver's license
