Mi Casa Café is on the lookout for a Head Waiter/ Waitress AKA. **a superstar** to be the heart and soul of our front of house. This role is perfect for someone who loves the hustle of a busy café and thrives on making genuine connections with every customer who walks through the door.

**About the role**:

- Taking orders at the till with confidence, warmth, and efficiency
- Bringing energy and flow to the floor — clearing, running, resetting
- Making every customer feel seen and valued
- Supporting the team during busy service and keeping the vibe high
- Lead your floor team and giving them direction and support throughout the shift.

- A person who shows up with energy and a smile
- Calm and capable under pressure
- Has a natural talent for making people feel welcome
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality experience is a must
- A strong communicator and a team player through and through

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $15.59 - $35.00 per hour

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
