**About the role**:
The Commissioning Manager contributes actively to the Electrical Plant and Test (EP&T) Group strategy, delivery, management, and technical leadership of the EP&T team, by leading and supporting the commissioning and construction staff with responsibility for testing and commissioning activities for all projects.

**What you'll deliver**:

- Develop and manage the EP&T commissioning team to meet the engineering, commissioning, and quality requirements for projects.
- Assessment of project staging and commissioning sequence in relation to system risk
- Review and manage the commissioning delivery framework, quality systems and standard practices.
- Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirements and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well founded.
- Provide a single point of contact for management and coordination of commissioning programs of work and related resources.

**To succeed in the role you'll have**:

- 5+ years of experience in a technical commissioning role
- Experience in commissioning of primary and secondary electrical equipment and protection systems including SCADA and communications
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of relevant engineering legislation, codes and policies and ensure that all engineering work adheres to regulatory and enterprise requirements
- The ability to create, document and communicate technical processes, including change management process.
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor degree or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
