**About the Role**
We're looking for a motivated and professional Executive Support Officer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role, providing high-level support to our leadership team and contributing to the delivery of our organisation's strategic priorities. You'll also play an important part in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture where collaboration and initiative are valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Executive Assistance: Provide seamless support to the Executive Manager/s and manage calendars.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Board & Reporting: Prepare accurate board papers, presentations, and reports.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise travel arrangements for business activities.

**About You**
You're a detail-oriented, adaptable professional with proven Executive Assistant experience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Known for your discretion, professional presentation, and strong communication skills, you thrive in both independent and team settings and remain agile in the face of change.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous Executive Assistant (2-3 years) experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a growing, evolving organisation
