We are looking for a technically strong and dynamic individuals with a passion for engineering excellence to join our collaborative and friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards.
- Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employee performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
- Develop and/or implement departmental reporting as required.
- Maintain records of all data attendance and provide effective training to all staff members.
- Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.
- Prepare vacation schedule for all employees and ensure no effect to production.
- Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all productions plans.
- Ensure compliance to all local policies to achieve all production objectives and provide appropriate feedback to all employees.
- Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
- Ensure all the Production/Engineering team KPIs to be achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Professional or academic qualifications in Engineering.
- Willingness to learn (in-house training provided).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Strong computer skills.
- Laptop/Computer repair experience advantageous.
- Experience in fast pace manufacturing environment is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $66,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

- Macquarie Park NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
