Construction Manager Precast Yard

Oversee all aspects of the precast yard via planning, monitoring and controlling processes in addition to all aspects related to erection of precast elements.
- Oversee the coordination of day to day operation in the precast concrete activities.
- Co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress of the yard
- Reports to Project Manager
- Plans, implements and monitors work schedule for daily production outputs and in order to meet its production and delivery requirements
- Planning the precast works in project in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
- Liaises with clients, suppliers and related authorities on project related issues
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
**About You**
- 5 years of Precast and concrete experience
- High energy and vigour in meeting targets and schedules.
- Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to marshall, lead and motivate diverse groups of employees.
- Passionate about values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together and performance excellence.
**Salary**: $180,000.00 per year
