- $38/hr plus penalties, allowances and superannuation
- Monday-Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficient handling of goods receipt, dispatch, and storage
- Preparation of orders to precise packing standards
- Booking freight accurately and promptly with both Domestic and International carriers
- Maintaining meticulous transaction records across various systems
- Efficient coordination and prioritization of warehouse tasks to meet business deadlines
- Oversight of equipment maintenance, including scheduling forklift service as needed
- Participation in stocktakes and audits
- Ensuring customer-focused services of consistently high quality
- Compliance with Hexagon Mining Health and Safety protocols
- Additional duties as required

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience in warehouse/inventory/logistics, preferably in a pack-to-order or packing environment
- Familiarity with Inventory Management processes
- Administrative experience relevant to stores management
- Previous exposure to Freight bookings, both Domestic and International
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
