One of Australia's leading Federal Government Departments is looking to engage with multiple skilled and experienced Database Administrators to join their multidisciplinary team based in Canberra. Our client is looking to engage with Database Administrators who can work on a large-scale
project moving multiple legacy on-prem systems to a Salesforce cloud-based solution. The successful Database Administrators will secure an initial 12 months contract with 2x 12-month extensions, a rewarding pay rate

The successful Database Administrators will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Designs, implements, and maintains complex data engineering solutions to acquire and prepare data.
- Carries out complex data quality checking and remediation.
- Assist the data migration team with the preparation of the data migration mapping from the legacy SQL databases to the Salesforce data model.
- Assist the data migration team with merging, cleansing and validating of the SQL database data.

The successful Database Administrators will have experience in the following:

- Proven ability to analyse and design enterprise-level databases from business requirements.
- Experience validating and cleansing data.
- Experience migrating data between SQL Server databases.
- Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
