About the Role:
We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented **Casual Cleaners** to join our team, specialising in **end of lease cleans**. You'll be responsible for carrying out deep cleans on vacated residential properties, ensuring they're cleaned to the standard required for real estate inspections.
This role suits someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. Experience in end of lease or bond cleaning is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleans of empty rental properties, including:
- Kitchens (ovens, stovetops, rangehoods, cupboards, splashbacks)
- Bathrooms and toilets (showers, mirrors, sinks, tiles, and fittings)
- Bedrooms and living areas (dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces)
- Internal windows, walls, skirting boards, doors, and light switches
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Meet the standards expected by real estate agents and landlords
- Report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during cleaning
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Complete tasks efficiently within agreed timeframes
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in end of lease or domestic cleaning (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
