**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12 month contract paying $900 -1000 p/d + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD / WFH

**About the team**

Our Customer Insights team is a new team which is beginning its maturity journey into customer having previously been tasked with internal operations reporting. We have skills in analytics, research, surveying and dashboard visualisation and are looking for someone who wants to share their customer experience insights experience especially in market research to help us jump ahead.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a ICT Business Analyst with a leading NSW Government agency.

Key accountabilities include:

- Facilitating and delivering key qualitative and quantitative research into key customer and regulator issues across our portfolio
- Delivering market research design and delivery, including rapid production of reports with valuable insights
- Delivering a scalable voice of the customer program across journeys and operations
- Implementing whole-of-agency customer targets and metrics under a measurement framework
- Facilitating and implementing insights-led decision making across BRD to support service and product improvements, policy development and communication strategies and that place the customer at the centre of everything that we do
- Guiding best practice customer research and insights across the regulators in BRD

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business, research, social sciences, or communications and/or experience in a related role
- Experience delivering end-to-end quantitative and/or qualitative market research programs
- Experience leading a team especially in developing and mentoring staff to become experts in research and insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information simply and in an engaging fashion
- Creative problem solving and ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively with strong influencing skills to get results
- That you are flexible and adaptable, and can deliver quality and meaningful work in a fast-paced environment
